Bruno Kavanagh
Co-Founder & CEO

 

A proven leader and business-builder, Bruno founded ClearPoint Learning Systems, a pioneer in the field of digital coaching and learning in the life sciences sector, and led the company from inception to successful exit.

 

More recently, Bruno has enjoyed a wide-ranging career as a consultant and advisor, including engagements with McKinsey & Co. (where he was part of the launch team for the highly successful McKinsey Academy—now boasting over 1 million users) and Capital One Bank. Bruno lives between the UK and New York City and is a keen amateur musician and sportsman.

Marie Sonde 
Co-founder & COO

 

Marie is a global executive known for driving profitable growth and transformational change. Her innovative problem-solving and strong cross-functional capabilities earned her global leadership roles in Finance, Operations and Human Resources.

 

By focusing on building strong teams and leveraging technology, Marie uses that experience to align strategic priorities with employees and delight customers.  She has been able to put her cross functional skills to good use at Crux Informatics, a startup, and global companies such as Sutherland and IQVIA.

 

Marie is a CPA, earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University. She lives on the Jersey Shore, loves concerts and spending time with her family and friends.

Simon Daniell
Co-founder & Chief Revenue Officer

 

A pioneer in the VoIP industry in the UK, Simon has led several highly successful ventures introducing cutting-edge technology to the EMEA region. 

 

As the founder of GP Network Solutions and, more recently, Goliath Technology he has led international sales and market-development initiatives focused on customer care and value-added solutions in the technology / telephony field.

​

Simon lives in Surrey, UK where, when not helping customers, he's often to be found working on his golf handicap.

Carmel Bradshaw
Chief Marketing Officer

 

A native of the west of Ireland, Carmel started her career in the nursing profession, working in a variety of managerial roles both in Ireland and the UK.

​

Realising early that she had an "entrepreneurial streak", Carmel completed her MBA in 1998 and went on to work in senior positions in a number of healthcare-related start-ups and early-stage companies. 

​

Now based permanently in the UK, Carmel is a keen gardener and a passionate lover of all things relating to the countryside.

Graham Edmonson
Chief Transformation Officer

 

Graham has almost 30 years of experience in change management and business transformation, He held senior consulting roles with both PwC and Accenture and was CEO of a boutique L&D consulting firm before joining Learning Interactive.​ His focus is on the people side of change, with an emphasis on stakeholder management and communication alongside learning and development. 

​

Graham has managed consulting projects in Asia, the USA and Europe. Clients have included USAA, AT&T Wireless, DHL, Southwest Airlines and Bank of America.​ He now splits his time between the UK, Spain and the US, and holds a B.A. (Hons) in Law. He also possesses a degree in Psychology. His passions outside work include country music and he is a passionate football (soccer) fan.

Craig Laviano
Chief Learning Officer

 

A mathematician by background, Craig became involved in the L&D field after working as an organizational change specialist at PwC, serving numerous Fortune 100 companies. From there he joined Digital Think, an online learning pioneer, where he led the development and implementation of enterprise-level multi-channel initiatives. More recently Craig worked with Korn Ferry to develop the Leadership Development practice.

Craig earned his MBA from Claremont University and holds a BA in Quantitative Economics from UCLA.
